The Process



Step 01

Artwork is designed and approved.



Step 02

Artwork is separated for color and films are made.



Step 03

Films are attached to screens and exposed to light.



Step 04

Screen is washed out to create a stencil.



Step 05

Screen is taped, placed on registration on the press



Step 06

Ink is placed on the screen and a squeegee is set in place.



Step 07

Shirts are loaded on press and ink is pressed onto garment through the screen



Step 08

Print is finished and shirt is pulled and placed in the dryer.



Step 09

Shirts dry to the appropriate temperature for the ink and garment.



Step 10

Shirts are sized out and boxed for delivery, pickup, or shipment.
